Shwetha Subramaniam -Founder
Shwetha is an experienced entrepreneur in the real estate sector, boasting more than a decade of expertise. In 2013, I founded Global Icon Real Estate LLC in Abu Dhabi-United Arab Emirates and have dedicated over ten years to the development, provision, and management of affordable living spaces in the United Arab Emirates. Currently, we have over 400 tenants, and in 2021, our revenues reached approximately 4 million Canadian dollars.
We are now striving to replicate or exceed this success with our expansion into Canada .To realize this vision, we founded Homebay Realty Inc. in Alberta and British Columbia, Canada. We are in the process of developing EasyLease Property Management software and a linked tenant app, along with a free to advertise property marketplace designed to simplify real estate transactions.
Our ultimate goal is to leverage underutilized land and properties, transforming them into affordable housing solutions for the growing population, while actively working to combat the housing crisis in Canada.
